When the Deco's are powered off I can setup multi-room audio on Alexa without issue however as soon as I power on the Deco's some of the Alexa Echo's attach to the Deco's and I experience the issues. Note: Audio from video content doesn't play on Multi-Room Music. I have the AC4000 as a router along with the Deco M9 Plus mesh. Play Music with multiple Alexa devices Use the Alexa app to create a Multi-Room Music group. Once I select one of the devices, some of the other devices display Network Error and grey out and can not be selected. Upon setup all devices show Online to the same network. All devices are on latest software version.
I've powered everything off and then back on. The issue seen on Alexa is "Device Unreachable Error" during Multi-Room Music Set up.
Having the same problem with Alexa multi-room music.
